Best wheel balancer in Lahore?

Does anyone know a good place for wheel balance in Lahore.

Our 2006 pajero, we installed new tires recently. Chinese cumforcers cf-1000. Also had it aligned right after

Tire shop couldn't balance them correctly. Took it to a local balancer. He spent quite a while balancing and I questioned his extensive use of weights. Still wasn't balanced.

Took it to al-Qamar wheel balance. 4 revisits and the steering wheel still shakes at 120. Every time they balance, the speed changes. Ex: shakes at 110, balance. Fine at 110, shakes at 130. Balance again, fine at 130, shakes at 120.

I rotated the tires corner to corner. Still no change.

Asked if the tires could be defective. He said no, it's a balance issue.

So, looking for recommendations on where I can go.

Does road force balance exist in Pakistan? Maybe that will do it

you need a sh which has machine to high speed wheel balancing, in Lahore there usd to be wattoo motors with a good machine to do wheel balancing and persistent issues were successfully resolved there, i m not sure about the current status.

meanshwile you can visit any reputed dealership, they have good calibrated machine.

if there is extensive use of weights, there might be issue with either rim or tyre.

We went back to the place we bought the tires. They removed the bead and started using oil to "re seat" the bead. I immediately yelled at them to wash all of that off and just use soapy water.

They cleaned all of that off and re installed tires and re balanced. Still shaking. They took it to another shop down the road. They re balanced. It was a bit better, but still a bit of shaking in the wheel.

Mind you, the pajero had bridgestones on it before that we're dry rotted and had punctures which is why I got new tires. They had no issues with balancing.

In the end, they swapped the current tires I used for 5000 Kms with some Seam tyre landtours.

Still not balanced good lol.

I'm going to try and get these balanced and hope they last.

I spent about 5 hours with them, explaining how to mount and balance but it's like talking to a brick wall. Not just a brick wall, but a brick wall that thinks it knows more than you do lol

it requires labour to check balancing again and placig correct weight at exact spot both inner and out side of rim.

when i get new tyres, if its taking more than 50 grams in total, i will reject it.

but Pajero having more rubber so might need more weight to balance, but it shud not be like weight parches here and there everywhere.

And the machine shud have capability of doing high speed balancing, try Wattoo motors on peco road

Ended up going to wattoo motors. They were polite and explained everything nicely. Rate was reasonable too.

However, wheels are still not balanced.

But, I did get a nice look at each tire spinning on their machine. There is definitely too much lateral runout on them. They seem quite out of round.

Have already spoken with the tire place, AGAIN, and am going to see what they can do.

Another lesson learned. Only buy good brand name tires from a reputable shop.

So, in the end I'm kind of just over it.

Wattoo motors did the balancing as good as they could and it only shakes around 125-130 or when slowing down and I usually don't go faster than 120 on the motorway anyways.

I already know the tire shop is just going to waste more of my time and not give my money back so I'm just going to have to live with it.

I did some research on tire shaving/tire truing. Does this art exist here in Pak?
