This is something very new to hear... I hardly get time to clean/wash my car and have done alignment on heavy dust still over my wheels and the very next day used to move out on a by road trip but never ever experience such things

Yes dust plays important part in balancing sir.
I also texted autoexpress and they accepted their error and offered me a return too.

Its better if there is no dust on the wheels because dust also carries weight in grams.

Dear All ,

i need the best wheel alignment and balancing shop in RWP/ISB.
Tested and tried are the following

Wheels and Wheels blue area - worst experience , every time i went there i had to come back with even worst balance and alignment before and they have old equipment
Toyota capital - Satisfactory but balance not good for higher speeds
Newyork tyres pwd - Satisfactory but balance not good for speeds higher than 120kmph
toyota rawal - un satisfactory work and no proper person for alignment and balance and too much expensive , costs 3000 for alignment only

So Pakwheelers please suggested some place where they have the updated equipment and the person who is operating the equipment should know what he is doing.

About my tyres + rims : they are in fine condition and tyres are brand new. i got them balanced from Toyota royal in Rahim yar khan and the balance was good till 200 kmph (wobbling free), after changing tyres in ISB i got no good balancer.

i want to get my car alignment and balancing done. and i am fed up of the people in blue area who have 90's solutions.

There is a shop by the name super alignment at IJP road almost where 9th ave ends and stadium road starts (a little to the left if you are coming from 9th ave)

The equipment is old but the guy who does the work is more dedicated then anyone I have ever seen in the business, gave him the exact specs as per the manual for 7th gen civic which had undergone a complete suspension change and the results were a perfect ride. He keeps rechecking the specs after each tweak until he is satisfied that its as required.

Oh and the charges are nominal also, another extra benefit

Sir i dont know about the exact location but it was behind the marqee named ZAKIA.

its behind ZAKIA marqee.

He has the best alignment equipment and the alignment was done properly but his balancing machine was old but he claimed that it was italian so i got them balanced from them.

i have no problem with age of equipment unit , my car does not wobbles at 190kmph but
most of the time Age of equipment matters in pakistan because the people here do not worry about the maintenance of the equipment itself. if the equipment itself is not calibrated , how can it balance a wheel properly. every person balanced wheels in front of me with 0 - 0 weights. Still the car wobbles. so it means equipment is faulty.

The proper procedure is important for a good balance. You are right in that clean wheels and tire pressure are important. The main issue comes with careful centering of the wheel on the machine. If it is not mounted exactly correctly, the machine will read 0-0 but the car will wobble even if the machine is calibrated properly. Using a backconing method with a correctly sized taper cone or a collet, with a flange plate for the front is far better at accurate centering, but most shops do not use these methods.
