I guess in swat ptcl evo will work good. if you are interest in buying of any other private company device then first ask call them and ask about your location availability and signals strength.

PTCL is best for maximum coverage, wi-tribe/qubee are best in terms of speed only within Lahore, Karachi and Isl/Rwp.

Im paying 1500rs per month for 1mb connection which i feel is worth it.maximum download speed 130 and minimum during weekends is around 70kbps.i play cs online with 35 ping which is wonderful for wireless connection.
