Beware! Notify your wives and sisters who drive alone

Salam.
I am resident of E11/3 Islamabad. On Friday my wife went to Aitwaar Bazaar for buying some fruits and other items. She drives alone, she has a prius. My son was with her who is only 2.5 years old. She had a lot of shopping bags so she asked a Man, who was a worker, and he helped her holding those bags for her and brought it to the car which was parked in parking lot. My wife thanked him & give him a 500rs note. He wanted to say something but my wife ignored. It was around 7.20 pm. As she was about to leave the parking area so the Man came to her and knocked at her window. My wife stopped and she lowered down the window so the person told her that Mam Sahiba i dont have money to go back to my home. The money that u gave me, i will buy a bag of wheat on it. My children have not eaten anything since morning. If you dont mind, give me lift till g13/1 chowk. So my wife told him that i am going to e11/3 but its Ok i will drop you opposite to f11 on the main kashmir highway. It was almost 7.45 pm and it was dark. My wife drove to that side, as she reached the f11 side the person told her that Madam Sahiba agay se uturn ha agar mujhay app g13 k saamney uthaar dein so i will be very thankful. As she drove a few yards ahead from the Pso pump he asked her to stop and drop him. He was sitting on the back seat, my son was also sittibg at the back and my wife's purse was on the passenger seat. As he was about to say apki bht mehrabani he took a sharp knife and placed it right on my wife 's kidney. She got panicked and the Man told her if you screamed so i will stab you and your son as well. My wife told him to take her purse and her cell phone but dont hurt us. She even handed her phone to him. He pickedup my son, and came to out of the car and sat on the passenger seat. My wife told him that if u want money so take my purse and my phone but leave my son. He took the car's keys from her and asked somethng very illicit from her which she refused to do but as he tried to choke my son, so cried to him to him and begged him to leave her son and told him that i will agree to what u say. Allahamdulilah this bad phase has passed and my wife has came out from this trauma now.
She was gropped, the man who was almost double of her age tear her clothes. He abused her upper body physically and all this happened for more than 30 mints. She was molested and fondled. For three weeks she didnt told me this. I just want to notify all my brothers to Beaware and inform your wives tobe aware of such people. & Never go out alone.

This is horrid, I hope your wife and son are doing well now, please seek professional help to cope with post traumatic stress disorders. Did you file an FIR?

it is very brave of you to speak about what happened, and you did that for our awareness is a gesture bigger than everything else. i have a mother, sisters, wife and daughters and i know what much tough times you have faced. never give lifts to anybody, that is the lesson, we cannot trust anybody, times have changed. i pray to ALLAH that he give you happiness and i wish that my sister, your wife, to have her peace back. stay safe always.

Allahamdulilah My Son and wife both are fine now. My wife is normal now but it did took her a few days to forget what happened, she mentaly prepared herself the moment that Man demanded her to do so and so. Without shedding a tear, she let him do ask he liked just for the sake of our son. She beared everything quitely, not only he fondled her and gropped her but she had several bite marks over her upper body.

No. We didnt lodged an Fir. I just calmed her down and i handled her. We didnt wanted to make a fuss out of it. What happened, happened she has forgotten it now. That Mam was around 50 to 55 yearsold.

Thankyou Sir. You are right. Nowadays people have forgotten moral values. My wife wanted to help him and she gave him a lift so he might save that money for his kids. But what can we say. Neither he took the car, or the her purse nor her phone which could be easily sold for 75k. The words he used or the things he said to my wife you cannot even imagine that. All he saw a modern beautiful lady and he did this to have her body. What should i say now when the next morning when i checked her car from inside, there were semen spots over the gear level panel and dashboard and near the handbrake.

such incidents just damage our faith on humanity. unfortunately there is no institute to cater for these elements in the society.

This just tells us not to extend a helping hand to anybody, anytime and anywhere.

similar story was shared by someone else who used careem in lahore and the driver was a thug.

anyways keep praying. stay safe guys. we surely need to tell our family members about this and make sure that they don't give any lift to unknown people watsoever.

I vl not judge this man and i vl not judge what happened was a real story or not bcz i didnt saw that happening but all i can say is that pakistani awam can go to this level we hear alot of rape cases almost every day on TV... so all i will say is that if it really happened it was the worst thing that u ur wife n ur son has faced n may Allah all mighty do the justice for u and ur family and may Allah protect us all from this.. bcz jis py guzarti hy usi ko pata hota hy how they are feeling n i feel extremly sad angry and sorry at the same time n i hope n i wish n i pray ky aysa kisi ky sath na ho.. Well this is really sad. I was coming to Islamabad from Muzaffarabad when a police officer at check post requested me politely to give lift to his friend to Islamabad which I refused strongly and he didn't mind that. So try to avoid giving lift in till your friends and relatives

Why would she even give lift to someone unknown no matter how poor or ill he is, she should have only if there was a she instead of a he.
i don't know mixed remarks if i were you i would have found him and shot that mofo.How big Isb is and what about the police patrolling and cameras installed on almost every corner? i was there last week visiting a friend and i was very fascinated by the cameras every where, later i realized its the capital, requires more security and Guards outside almost every house in isb what about them?

It is very disturbing incident and these days its best to just do your work and be back home without helping and interacting with anyone. All the people questioning about the incident i feel they should not and just take precautions because there is no agenda here as it seems.

Poster i think you should Register an FIR of Mugging and person can be identified because of safe city cameras everywhere and deal with that sicko

The area where he asked her to stop is kind of an isolated part of the city. A lot of people must have seen that area. The reason why i didnt lodged an FIR is because of my wife. I dont want to make a fuss out of the whole situation. She is Allahamdulilah normal now and she forgot what happened. So there is no point of dragging the same thing. If i will this will affect her than.

The most sickening thing is that the man who she tried to help, was double of her age. She is 27 years old & the man was around 55. Not even in her right mind she thought that he willbe having such a sick mind.

Feeling very sad for your family, Unfortunately this society where we lives does not deserve to be called as a civilized society (no matter educated or uneducated people). Its worst than a Jungle and Human are worst than Wolves. Its our responsibility to educate our family members (Kids, female family members and even boys). The very first day when i dropped my son at his school , the first lesson i had made him remember "NOT TO TRUST STRANGERS AND DO NOT GO NEAR TO ANY ONE EXCEPT YOUR MISS or Class fellows" and same i did with my wife when i made her learn driving that "EVEN IF SOME ONE SEEMS DYING IN HER WAY WHILE DRIVING AND SHE IS ALONE IN CAR, DO NOT GIVE LIFT OR SHOWS SYMPATHY TO ANY ONE EVEN IF some kid,FEMALE OR WHO EVER. (IN WORST CASE SHE CAN CALL ME ACCORDING TO SITUATION). TRUST AND SYMPATHY IS MOST EXPENSIVE THING AND EVERY ONE DOES NOT DESERVE THIS.
Same message for all women that please avoid Such Rickshaw,Uber,Careem,ATaxi where you see more than 1 person siting already and be active during travel and keep eye on the way if Driver takes the car to some new route, simply ask him to drop you in the way.

Once again feeling very sorry for you and i thanks to you that you shared your story to others so every one should be careful and should not become victim in this way.

Brother I feel very angry that what has caused to your wife. My advice to all people please don't trust anyone and don't help and trust anyone if they are stranger to you no matter what the situation is, further more be vigilant to your known people as well for your own safety. If you want help or give charity so do it in any known welfare organization or to your worker, servant etc.

My family and I are very patriotic and have passed many chances to leave Pakistan but this is the sort of stuff that makes you want to leave this country and never look back at it. Muslims usually say that the western culture is uncivilized but this is the sort of thing that will never happen in a western country and rather happens in an Islamic country. Hope the person dies a miserable death.

A poster here has said it perfectly, don't help anyone in Pakistan even if they're dying, Pakistanis don't deserve it. Everyone should be mindful of never ever giving a lift to anyone.

It's scary to think what people's intentions are and that only thing stopping them is the 4 walls of your house.

you mis under stood my writing , The advise of "do not give lift to any one even if some one is dying" was for my wife if she is driving alone. And same advise for All females who are driving alone that NOT TO TAKE RISK. However being a responsible person (we Male) should act according to situation using our common sense and seeing all risks.

By the way this type of cases are routine in INDIA. and such incidents happen in some european countries and even USA.
so its not a some thing that happen in Pakistan only.
