Long story short, the problem was never solved even though we got the genuine stuff so my father was told to write to Toyota Indus. On their directions, Toyota Isb refunded the money after we returned their parts. During their meeting, the GM goes, 'these people have come from Toyota Rawal dealership. they were kicked out but since they knew their work, we hired them. they have this habit from there' due to which dad said 'yeah, they must have sent agents to spoil your repute, isn't it?'
