Yes, in theory, your ecu should dump in more fuel to compensate for more air. Your MAF would trigger more air entering, the ecu would add more fuel to compensate, keeping your AFRs stable. But everything else after the bigger throttle body (intake mani, cams, valves) will chanel the same amount of air as before, as these parts have not changed.
Your car would either run rich (based on your intake mani's design) or would just stay the same, but with a slightly better throttle response (placebo effect because of the bigger throttle plate).
Ideally, you would need a better flowing intake mani, better cams, better valves and springs, a better exhaust extractor and a reflash to make the bigger TB work.
