Perhaps someone else can tell you about renting a 70 or 100 cc bike, but I know of Saiyah in Islamabad who rent out Suzuki 150cc bikes for tours. We rented one of their 150 for a tour back in 2016. If I remember that correctly, it was PKR 1,500 per day at that time.
