question: so you are asking for modification to give it a heritage look or do you just want to restore its orignal looks?
answer: In either case go to the street back side of makhdoom autos in mcloed road and magicians sit there show them the picture of what type or restoration or old schoool look you are looking for and you will find all the bits and pieces needed from the same street and many mechnics who will fit them for as cheap as few hundreds rupees as labor.
HAZARD: Mcloed road is also infested with 'actual banarasi THUGS' any body who would walk approach you to offer you 'random repair services' like polishing your mirrors, or wire taping grips or rubbering the brak pedal or painting the rusting parts stay away from them... you will find these thugs as young as 10year olds to 50year olds.
do not let them touch ur bike (story lambi hay but they trap people and then go into fight and ususaly people end up paying few thousand rupees just to get rid of them) so just tell them u dont need any service . best case scenario buy things from there and bring the stuff back to your home fit it ur self or get it fitted from you oil changer mechnis its easy its a cd70.
Question 2 : Speed of engine:
This engine is far ahead of its expected life, if you try to juice out horses out of it it will die, use it humbly so it can see few more years with you.
If you still want more power save this engine as back up and use a ching pong engine self start 110cc which will make it a pocket rocket its dirt cheap to buy those (13~14k max) ..
