Bike tour Lahore to Balochistan

I am planning on do a bike tour from Lahore to Balochistan sometime in August inShaAllah. I am wondering if anyone would like to join me on this adventure?

I yet have to buy a motorcycle. I have owned Yamaha 100 in past, any suggestions what should I get for these tours?

Ybr is also a good option but no maintenance parts availble in villages

In August southern Punjab, Sindh and Baluchistan will be boiling. Not a good idea to do this trip in summer. It's recommended to head north in summer and plan the Baluchistan trip in November~December.

That's a very valid point. I won't be enjoying this trip due to the heat wave. I have been to swat, kalam, kaghan, naran area. Maybe Karakorum HWY is a better option during those months.

Bie conditions are good.
Bike puncture solutions.
Extra pump for tire's.
Rest bike after 2 or three hours, means no heating.
I am from Rawalpindi, if from lahore, must join you due to adventure type of nature.
If any problem at quetta, please tell me. My mostly friends from quetta.

Thanks for your feedback bro. I might change this trip to sometimes in winter as one of the friends above just mentioned that it would be extremely hot in those areas around that time of the year. Instead, I might plan on exploring Karakorum HWY, never been there, so it might be a good alternative. Let me know if you want to join me on that route.

My pleasure to join you and mostly I travelled in hilly area like kale, chakoti, bag, rawalakot and hajira area on my bike CG-125, sold tow days ago. I know maximum environmental conditions.

Aren't those more expensive than cg or gs? I haven't looked at those bikes yet.

Yes .you get what you pay for . Just saying it is perfect bike for long trips .also suzuki inzuama

You're right. Those are heavier and more stable bikes on highways. If someone can afford it then those are definitely good options.

In my opinion CG-125 not good bike for long trips , due to heating problem. No doubt suzuki bike's are good for long trip but their parts are much expensive and not available at all shops, only available in suzuki outlets. Some time demands from company. Yamaha bikes also engine problems.

what would be the best option in this case? I have noticed that many members aren't a big fan of Honda anymore just because of the outdated technology. I remember Honda 125 used to be "The Bike" when I was a teenager back in early 2000. I guess that's not the case anymore. I used to ride Yamaha 100 2-stroke at that time. What do you guys think about Chinese bikes if bought brand new / slightly used?

Brother Chinese bikes are good for one or two year use. Maybe I wrong, but if China bikes used one hand, not roughly, they are better.
I am fan of Honda bikes.
