I have transferred from Multan to Lahore and then back. 630 for CG 125.
And had to give money to some "culli". 100 rs so he loads the bike carefully and also loads it on the same train that i want him to instead of loading it another day or couple of days later which to my side is a big NO NO for a receiver. Because then you would have to go to train station each following day just to ask when bike is coming or has it arrived. Which increases your cost of "sending bike through train".
And bought the train ticket for 400+ in Musa Pak. From Multan to Lahore timing is 12:30 am to 5+ am in lahore.
From Lahore to Multan timing of musa Pak is from 6 pm or 1800 hours till 12 am.
But unfortunately last time, while loading from lahore to multan culli and the guy who registered the bike, told me to buy ticket for awami express. I said why not musa pak. He just said the bike will go on awami. I said ok. I bough the economy ticket without knowing or booking the seat number for 360 rs.
Believe it or not, it took the damn train 10 hours to reach multan. And no booking of seat so i came here standing in the train most of the time (85% standing).
When arrived multan, i had already made the multan culli my friend. I asked the old culli when musa pak arrived. He said on time. He asked me why haven't you come on musa pak. I said i insisted but they said awami will take the bike. Musa pak luggage carrier is full. But multan culli said. No. Musa pak luggage carrier was almost empty.
I was amazed at lahori railway people.
