Bike wash 125 CG 2014 silencer care

I have seen / observed that when the bike is new or silencer is new its color is Matte Black. But after usage or wrong washes the muffler color turn to grey matte. Why??

Is it service stations use detergents thats why?

Or due to heat?

Or actually my question is

" is there any way while washing the bike that the silencer/ muffler color remains new.

Should i use formula wax car wash or turtle products. Anything. To keep my silencer color matte black even for years if proper care taken.

Same is the case with mine, in start i use to wash with surf at home and thats why it looks grey now and dried but aftet washing it with dedicated shampoo(currently using formula 1 premium one) its blackness stays for a time so better to use shampoo dedicated one

Dear i use max liquid lemon on.my newly pridor a month older but didnt feel that sielence got in brown color
i will pics by tomorrow
i use for care
gaurd heavy duty wax for all parts
and kiwi revive all for tyres

Buy a Revive all RED bottle.
After washing, dry the sylencer and than spray this liquid on the sylencer. Dont be greedy. Spray the whole sylencer. Rub it with a cloth. Rub it till its all dry and no liquid is left. I suggest you do this at night. Leave it for a good 4-5 hours. And than observe. If you spray and ride immediately, it will evaporate and leave behind the same greyish type sylencer.

Thanks man. I appreciate it. I will definitely try it since i want my bike to look better. I tried wd40 once. And ride the bike instantly and it evaporated. And did not look better. Just ok. But i will try revive it all.
