@realplayer412: you can usually get nice engines, whether they are used alot or not is not the matter as the engines available are usually used under good condition and their maintenance is perfect, at max they could've been used for like 100k? even then they are good for our local swaps, as if properly maintained, 300,000 km is nothing for honda engines.
The simplest formula is that the more expensive the engine, the better its condition. People buy engines in a lower price and ridicule people who bought the same thing at a higher price, not knowing that the expensive engine would be in a lot better condition than the cheap engine. It is this simple ! No complications ! You give the people money, they will give you the best thing (order chae for them too)
