replace cabin airfilter, toyota oem was rs1000 while i got chinese one rs300 and quality wise i failed to find any differnce between oem and chinese one, feel like oem also get from china
i think rs300 fair enough for one summer season and next season again replace

How could you miss Steermatic from the list

one more thing Ahmadyar bhai. Did u get the transmission oil changed yet? please do get it done asap as its verryyy important. specially for CVT gearboxes, one can never over emphasize the need to change the oil every 30-35k kms. since u dont know if oil was changed in japan or not, u better do it just to be sure.

and CVT does not actually 'shifts' gears. it actually has NO or u can say INFINITE gears. it has a cone sort of thing inside it over which a belt is rotated. the belt moves up n down on the cone to follow wider or narrower parts of the cone. some of the transmission also use 2 cones. so, the car never actually 'shifts' a gear, it just drives the belt up or down the cone to get the best possible output.

the advantage of this type of transmission is that as it doesnt need to shift gears, u ll get seamless acceleration. when u put it in D and floor the race padel, the RPM (there isnt any in but u can feel the engine sound) rises to the max and stays there for as long as u keep the race pedal floored. the disadvantage is, a bit slower acceleration due to the gear ratios being changed all the times. and also, a heavier transmission.

some other cars which use such system are honda city idsi vario (not new city auto), nissan maxima, many toyotas, subarus, mitsubishis, toyotas and some audis too!

Dear ahmad bhai I also seen such kind of oil filter first time
since last month bilori is just on rest hardly 50km driven and in my absence also no one touched her , iss ko sajne sanware ke shoq main I spent a lot for her makeup stuff in my recent hong kong visit now gear oil will change next month as in april its again on rest
I remmeber u stressed me for that
Inshallha in first week of may will change her gear oil

oh yes, you arent driving it much! then its fine abhi tou araam farma rhi hy bilori and gud to see u got that cabin filter for the car. hardly anyone cares to get one but its a nice addition for a very small price... rock on Ahmad bhai, keep us updated with the wonderful updates about the car

i got good nap till noon of sunday than started interior cleaning of bilori
bilori interior was in very dirty condition

u can see mats condition seems like never been cleaned or washed
so started from mats cleaning, first i used vacuum cleaner to suck dust than next step was washing them,
used lot of surf + 3m apc + detol + mosquito repallent ( as in view of my kids should protect bilori mats from dengi )

seems need 01 more washing round as driver side mat still showing whiteness :S

next step was floor cleaning, vacuum cleaner did good / quick job
