I just purchased a cultus XVR 2018, Islamabad registered. This is my first car so i need some information regarding transfer. The owner has biometric card . We need to go to islamabad forcar transfer. Another thread on Pak Wheels said "Seller just needs to visit any NADRA kiosk or outlet and pay 150 charges put his thumb against vehicle data and the print from nadra is handed to buyer and seller is done."
Ok, So
1. What's next on buyer end ? Where do i need to submit those papers ? In islamabad ? Do i need to go with seller ?
2. What things do i need for owner to hand me over ?
Please guide if there's any documents or anything i need to make sure before finalising the purchase.
