Biometric not available as owner abroad!

Owner of my car is in UAE. I bought the car in 2020 when biometric was not in practice. Now I want to get it transferred but owner is in Dubai and can't come before June of next year.

What should I do?

As per my little knowledge, Owner can send his power of attorney to any family member and that person can proceed the case

what made you wait for 2 years?
transfer of titles shall be within 2 working days tops. I believe it is still a crime in Pakistan to use a vehicle which is not legally owned by the user, other then the kin sibling ownership.

however the Founder Mohammed Ali Jinnah has plenty of muscle even after death, use that muscle with correct digit power.

At the time of purchase this method of transfer was not in effect. Later I left for US for a whole year and recently returned few months back and inquired about transfer. Though i have contact the owner in Dubai via WhatsApp, he is unsure about his return date at the moment.

Also some random car dealers are saying that this biometric transfer will be opened again for some time to assist people who are unable to get their vehicles transfered /sold .
