Biometric Verification in case of new registration

All posts and guides of biometric are about buying/selling i.e. car transfer. I have searched a lot, but could not find any guide for biometric in case of new registration in Punjab. Can anyonr guide on how to do biometric veritication in case of new registration in Punjab? Thanks

Just did biometric verification. Although there is no guide available for new registration biometric, it is a very simple process and easily doable at any eccise or nadra e sahulat location
