There are 2 bird poop stains on my silver Civic, which is glass coated. They're pretty wedged in there and are not coming off. What's the best way to clean this?
I use Ashtonish Tar and insect cleaner . Its does prety nice job by cleaning poop . Doesnt harm paint . You just have to wipe it off gently after application .
Apply WD40 on the stain and leave it to rest over night. Wipe it off gently next morning. Avoid scrubbing at all costs.

Coating does resist but normally green colored bird poop needs to be cleaned asap else it peeps through. U need to polish it out...u can use cpro essence..it will do the job. Which brand coating is on ur car?? And when was it done?
GardX has a special product (after glass coating) for Bird Dropping, try if you can get this

Will it impact your coating? I don't know. Iv never had coating on any of my vehicle.
It will have an impact if left for long...always clean such droppings rightaway..as they can damage really badly...essence should be safe for polishing the coat as its specific to ceramic coat

No it didn't. Leave WD40 on for few hours atleast before wiping it. Ideally leave it on over night. Wash it with shampoo and cloth.. gently scrub it with cloth. don't over do it or you may damage the paint
