I had problems with my older Civic 95 where i installed projects. the LED on outer angel eyes at first became weak and then gone. now opening the headlights over and over for replacement of leds can be very painful. any suggestions for that?

they might be blowing due to high temp near projector i would recommend you to use ccfl rings instead of leds.they would last more then led if heat is the problem.i am myself using ccfl in angel eyes

no i didnt even used shroud i got chrome steel sheet at made shroud by myself and this time the paint of headlights i not flat black its matt red wine

Sameer bhai does this cutoff belong to MH1 or FXr?

I think it is MH1. if yes, have you tried using spacers (semi circled) to tilt it towards left?
Although you have experience doing retro where as i've none, just read about this technique of using spacers on a forum so thought of sharing with you.

that is not morimoto cutoff its sligthly under fxr cutoff and about spacing i am doing expriements on morimotos to align hotspot in center of cutoff

Try to get it overlapped. That would be the best. If not then align as near as possible to hotspot.
Aligning quad is most difficult. I also read on another forum to vary the distance from where u throw the light. Last but not least, align in an open area where u have more width. From what I see in pics u don't have much room (width wise that is)

you are right before sealing everything was fine but after installing lights i saw that alignment was changed so now i will fix it by altering the hotspot.And you asked me about the backilighting at rear of shroud its is possibel i can make that type of look of shroud
