you are right before sealing everything was fine but after installing lights i saw that alignment was changed so now i will fix it by altering the hotspot.And you asked me about the backilighting at rear of shroud its is possibel i can make that type of look of shroud

I was wondering to fit a projector in my vitz 2004 model, can u suggest me a brand? and cost?
i m running HIDs at the moment and rarely use them because of their cheap glare. Need some good quality setup,
P.S: i wont do the fitting myself, have a good electrician for that... =P

if you need pnp setup than morimoto mini h1 are best but if you think your electrician can do cutting and aligning projectors then Fxr are best

i have tried washer mod and it was successful it made cutoff more sharp and i noticed that bulb hotspot is problem is only due to specfic bulb and it was fixed by spacing.i will post before and after pics of cutoff .
