Black lines after rain

AOA, I want to know whenever it rains my honda civic 1996 get black lines all around body that are very hard to remove. I have tried many things like waxing the car with good wax but still gets black line when it rains.
Please let me know if any one knows how to prevent these lines from coming again and again

This is called traffic film. The cheapest and easiest way to remove this is using cleaner wax
My recommendation is Soft99 White Wax.

Can this be used as a paint correction? I.e instead of compound Wala powder which car washes have? Due to the black layer forming on paint

Cleaner waxes have fine abrasives which deep clean the paint, remove light water spots, stains which couldn't be removed with normal washing. It may remove very light scratches. For deeper swirls, you may need medium cut or heavy cut compound.

Can I use it frequently when ever I have streaks on the body . Will it effect the paint?
Like if I use compound frequently it effect the paint. What about this wax?

Cleaner waxes are meant for frequent application as they not only clean your paint but also proetect it from environmental damage.
