Black soot coming out of the Exhaust of Toyota vitz 2011 3rd generation

Asalamualikum,
I have a Toyota vitz 2011 model 3rd generation, Whenever the car is parked and the engine is running, it discharges black soot mixed with water onto the floor. I don't know what to do. Please help.

I got the manifold cleaned. It increased the pick. I would suggest get the whole exhaust system cleaned. It is known as catlytic converter cleaning. They use a chemical and insert a pipe into your manifold. Cleans everything. Check out motor clean in lahore, people recommend it.
