which authority issues black windows permit in pakistan? i hav seen some fake permit letter pics (attaching one here) at the internet where deputy secretary is writing ''To'' the owner of the car, not the concerned authority. can someone tell ''To'' whom deputy secretary writes in letter . or any1 having permit can attach their permit pic,,,,

This letter doesn't look legit. First of all, its written as an application form. Apart from the 'to' and 'from' you mentioned and body of the application, the font size and alingment are not justified.
By googling it, I came to know that it is created @4000pkr. 🤣

One way is to get written advice from dermatologist of avoiding sun exposure. You can show that if someone stops.

My car 'vitz-14' came with tinted glass in the rear windows and rear wind shield. Its a pretty heavy tint, may be 5-20%, and i think it is fixed, can't be removed. I visit isb with no problem. If I am not wrong, as far as the driver and front seat windows are clear, no restriction on back seat.
Pakistanis do glass tinting just for fashion and not for privacy.

yeah they are charging fees for making letter and dont have an idea of original one. just copying the fake letters from internet.... like mine where owner of some sports shop is written, like who cares about your shops/business etc...

genuine tints are no issue at all. even if you have a good quality film tinted at your front windows in jdm car, the police cant identify it upon checking and lets you go. same happened w/me
