Everyone is saying go for Htc chahca but is it easy to use cause its screen is small for touch and i think this would make make reading text defficult.What are your suggestions?

Dont get lost in terms such as 'HTC'. The thing you are looking for is Android in that case. HTC, Samsung, Sony they would give you hardware platform to use Android OS. All hardwares have pros and cons. Just choose the one u like, if it has good touch response, good feel to shape or other stuff.

if you are a corporate user go for BB; BB without service is very ordinary and useless; Android is a far better toy

HTC. Haven't Used Explorer or Chacha. but for you i think HTC is perfect.
