Block Drain plug of 1ZZ-FE

Assalam Alaikum
I want to know the exact location of Block drain bolt/plug in my Corolla's 1ZZFE engine as I want to replace coolant and by opening radiator drain plug only 3 liters of ccolant drains amd remaining 2.5 liters remains inside which will disturb coolant/water ratio so I need some advice in this regard

Sir my car's radiator has a drain plug at the bottom which I took a drain the old coolant. Just to be sure I also took the bottom hose out at the radiator end to make sure any coolant is left.

But don't do the valve thing on your own, take the car to a trusted mechanic.

My trusted mechanic poured ordinary water inside cooling system and on my "purzor appeal" he added some ordinary coolant into it and thats all. All these ustads dont beleive on coolant philosophy they say water is enough

Toyota cooling systems use a specified coolant for many good reasons. Water is simply not good enough.

Yes @VCheng sir you are 100% right but local ustads cant understand this thats y I choosed DIY approach for this work but when I drain through radiator drain valve around 3 liters comes out but Manual says that it carries around 6 liters than how can I drain the remaining ???

You have two options here:

Draining the block using its drain plug, but please be aware that it can often rust in place and difficult to remove or leak afterwards. There is also the risk of breaking it.

Draining the radiator, then flushing the entire system until water runs clear with the engine running. Then drive for a short while and drain again. Replace with LLC coolant concentrate, using the volume in the block to calculate the amount needed to give a 50:50 mix.

(It is best to use distilled water for this flushing.)

What @VCheng sir just said is exactly my concern for the engine block drain plug better not remove it.
First check if there is rust in your cooling system?

Sir to get 50:50 premix I have to completely drain cooling system then I can fill 2.5 liters coolant and 2.5 liters distilled water but in my case the system takes hardly 3 liters after draining and refilling so should I only fill coolant bcoz around 3 liters still remains inside

Alhamdulillah Rust is not there but some scaling is there I have drained old coolant and filled it with distilled water and drove for 10-15 KMs and then again drained and filled with fresh water and repeated this around 2 times now water seems clear but my concern is still there how to add coolant without draining it completely??

It is simple:

Total capacity 6 liters, needs 3 liters LLC concentrate and 3 liters distilled water for a 50:50 mix.

Drained from radiator = 3 liters. Flush out the remaining coolant from block with distilled water.

Amount of distilled water remaining in cooling system after flushing and then draining the radiator = 3 liters.

Add 3 liters of LLC concentrate. Top up as needed after driving.

Done.

(Adjust volumes above as applies to your car.)

One more thing I want to know is does this 6 liters volume includes the expansion bottle which otself is around 1 liter volume

Exactly. As long as what is remaining is distilled water, adding coolant in the calculated ration will give you the correct mix.

I would take the overflow bottle and clean and fill separately with the correct volume and mix.
