yes they are, and toyota being toyota sell spare parts at dakoo rates globally. - Being in repair business for so long. I have found that its best to adapt best practices from all manufacturers for best long lasting result.
e.g. toyota pink is not found in concentrate and if you read the new toyota service manuals they tell you to "flush with new fresh toyota SLLC" if sediment or foreign matter is found in cooling system.
That coolant flush will cost close to 500 USD just in coolant alone - as they say to use SLLC bottles and keep on dumping them out. Customer is not paying for that.
While the proper way is to flush with water and cleaner and fill new coolant afterwards. 100% of customers dont want to pay for toyota SLLC and choose to buy replacements which are better than the original formula anyway.
e.g. I use peak global coolant, peak final charge coolant and peak dexcool formula in almost all cars unless customer wants to pay for expensive stuff.
I have found that Peak global formula stuff is excellent - just as is dexcool (which is what you have there as caltex)
Toyota red stuff is good but is hoat and has shorter service life and any hoat is harsher than oat stuff anyway - this is why I never use hoat stuff with aftermarket water pumps. Only OAT as mentioned above, I have experience of multi hundred thousand miles of service on that - as do everyone else I know.
