Blue light meter of Honda city 2014 aspire 1.3 auto

I come across Honda city 2014 aspire 1.3 auto which was having blue light meter

I want to know this blue light meter i think start coming from 2015 models in honda city

In 2014 models it was orange light meter i think

Pls some one explain why it is like this and explain this model history a bit

Its the last month of 2014 when cars started coming with Blue Meter

We had a City 2014(December) with Blue meter and Chrome grill
