BMW 316i 2013 crank no start issue

Bmw 2013 316i N13 engine, car has crank no start issue scanned the car got these codes

SEARCH THE INTERNET & Found problem could be in ISM module and It is sealed unit so i cut it open and found 1 fuse was blown F04

So i put everything back in and installed the new fuse I thought the problem might be solved but i was wrong but fuse did not blow again after cranking
Problem is I'm not getting power on fuse 4,5 and 6 i thought problem might be in ISM module it could bad so i ordered new one in the mean time i found a way to test it,So i bench tested it,it was performing as it should be when i grounded the pin 4 of ISM module i was started to getting power on f4 and f5 just for the reminder,this test is out of the car on the bench through power supply khair I knew ISM is fine
Fault could be in wiring or DME,So I asked a question on bmw forum who had faced similer issues i got the response to check wire continuity,this is what he said I'm sharing complete thread replies:

Bad continuity on Pin 3 of Ism to pin 9 dme and pin1 of ism to pin 2 of dme
@Hassan1991 can you please tell me pin 1 of ISM is common on pin 12 and pin 2,I'm still getting power on pin 1 of ISM when continuity is bad through pin pin 2 of dme is it means its getting power from pin 12

Now I'm not getting response from that guy on bimmers tech forum ,I don't want to send car to dewan as you guys wont believe me what i found when i was checking the fuses,there was one fuse which i had doubt sometimes it was showing continuity or sometimes it won't,i took out the fuse & I was shocked it was by passed by wire like desi mechanic used to do,fuse cost nothing,car was always maintained from dewan so there's no chance anyone other than dewan had done it and its not only that fuse,I found air intake pipe was repaired by elfy breather tube inlet,have ordered all new parts now.

No, In this picture it doesn't show any connection between pin 12 and 2 in front electronic module ( not sure your talking about FEM) . Although they both leads ground to relay located in ISM. Does the Pin 2 of ISM got positive power?

I think we are confusing on pins of dme and pins of ISM,ISM got Only 6 pin connector 1-3 are power wire 4th one is ground/signal wire from dme and 5th and 6th are also +,so there was no continuity from pin2 of DME to pin 1 of ISM according to pic i think there should be,but still there is power on ISM pin 1 despite bad continuity,is it because Pin 1 of ISM is common on dme pin 2 and dme pin 12

Does the Pin 2 of ISM got positive power?

Yes all from 1-3 got positive power

Got it.
DME is not providing the power at pin 2, it's receiving it from relay.
If you power on the 1 and 3 relay then both 12 and 2 will be getting power from same source thus will show connectivity. I'm not sure about the internal circuit of DME.
Check with ISM off if both shows connectivity.

So you're saying without relay power ON it meant to be like that it should not have continuity when relay is OFF

Only 1 relay is turning ON on ISM module that is NUMBER 1 that is why we have positive power on PIN 1,2 and 3 of ISM

Relay 2 and 3 powers On from dme when pin 4 of ISM gets ground signal from dme but problem is pin 4 of ISM to Pin 8 of dme has good continuity still dme isn't grounding that pin 4,does it mean issue is in dme?

Continuity is a different thing.
By power i mean you're putting multimeter on Vdc mode and measuring between pin 2 of DME and ground.
Try this. Remove the ISM connector. Then check continuity of DME pin 2 and 12. If it show any connection it means they are internally connected or biased by same reference.
Then power up the no.2 ISM relay manually and measure voltages at pin 1 (ISM) and ground. The same voltages should lead to pin 2 of DME

wait a minute.

if you manually simulate the signal to the ISM does it operate? If yes then you need to connect a BMW scan tool like ISTA and see if your CAS is good - a bad battery or low battery can fry it.

Update
I couldn't diagnose the issue on my own, so I gave up and sent the car to Azam Auto Tronic Phase 2. They told me that the DME was bad and gave me a quote of 260k. We thought it included labor and everything, but later they said it would be an additional 60k for labor and programming the DME. In the end, they charged 300k for everything. By the way, I wasn't expecting them to be able to fix the car in just a week.

Alhamduillah, the car is running fine now. I am highly impressed by the work done by Azam Autos. Before giving them the car, I thought it would probably take 1 or 2 months because the DME and FRM must be shipped to Dubai to get programmed on the new DME, but they were able to do everything here.
