yaar Ateek debates can be useful and aot can be learned... these AMG lovers have every right to love there machines and they are awesome machines... but how they sometime treat other car companies is unjustified... Give respect where it deserves...

I actually had the experience of sitting and experiencing the E55 at full launch.. .it is a monster... and its low end grunt is unmatched.. no doubt , but if i wana spend my money it will be the M5 coz thats that car that speaks to me..

Go through all my threads, you'll always see a logic & fact behind what I write & I always try to clear my views. I've personally tried Mercs, most of guys here dream (Sl, Cls, S-65, E-55, Ml-55 etc) & I must admit, I adore/respect them. However, it's me (being an ex-owner of M3) I can swear, I simply love the way these cars are built, it's a feeling I never felt in a Merc. Same thing with Merc, they are pioneer in luxury. Honestly, after S-class I'll go for Ls over 7-series (if I'd go for luxury) & again, this is something, I've personally tried & is an undeniable fact.

My friend Brabus is AMG's big brother and more of the same... It may be slightly faster in a straight line and then loose in some categories too.. And if you really want power with exclusivity then one can BMW owners always have Alpina as their choice..

What i was saying was that straight line 0-60 or 0-100 mph AMG or Brabus domination can be easily tammed if that BMW owner wants and still be under BMW warranty and same price too.

Dinan is comming with a stroker kit which increases the 5L to 5.7L it will be a good comparison agaisnt the AMG and Brabus counterparts...

Mine are as follows:

AMG first choice: G55

AMG second choice: 190E 2.3 16 (This car has a sad and then an awesome history)

BMW M first choice: E60 M5

BMW M second choice: E24 M6
