AOA everyone, can anyone guide ?i want to build a bobber with 125cc engine and full custom frame built around it. Is it legal ? if not how can i make it legal. Any guidance will be highly appreciated.
Yes you can make as per requirements. Just make sure the chassis no is OK.There are no restrictions but if you're changing the engine then the data must be updated at excise office to avoid any dispute.
What if i want to build the chassis myself from the ground up. the whole frame.....

prefer to use a chasis which is registered we made a custom chasis 6 years back and used the NECK (gatta) of paiggio Storm 125
see below all the chasis was brand new custom built... onces you are done bike ka CPLC kerwa lien takay documents update kerwanay men ap k pass CPLC or laboratory ki report mojud ho
