i'll start swimming when the season comes,waiting for it
i try jogging but i get out of breath and my ankles start hurting
i'll start up that though but isnt it the same like 15min of jogging or 30min of walk covering same distance?
i am not into junk food,good for me 
last time when i used to do hiking that also helped alot,1kg in a week or 2
but with all that work up i feel hungry too
maybe i am growing more taller
