altho i have never tried it on myself, but this thing really does work. it has the power to bring to down from 110kg to 80kg (conditioned) in just 4 months.
my friend took it 4 months b4 the competition and i can really tell u this thing works.
but i recommend ppl to first start gyming and when u are in alot of size (MASS) then u take fat burners to shape up ur muscle. also u get alot of acne on ur face.
