Its called poteen in local language, i think its not avalible ready made, they add somthing poteen.

its something they call polycate or polygate i dont know but you can buy that from paint shop where car paints are available its around 50 60 rupees for 250 grams with its hardner month
in desi terms it is called steel poteen. try paint shops for this
I bought it on Friday from McLeod Road where Montgommery Road crosses it. There are several paint shops, and I guess all of them have it. I got mine for 185 rupees (Hardner included) and the quantity is very decent. Will last me for months.
