u need to max out ur bench press wide grip. do as heavy as u can. stop any decline and pull over u doing. and i think u have just started , rome was not made in 1 day.

I m going Gym for Last 3 weeks ...doing Chest,Shoulders and Bicep tricep exercises
Give me some tips i dont want to use supplyments because i want to be natural and 2ndly they are lil expansive.

1) hit bench with wide grip. dont do pullover,decline.
2) dont do hammer curls on bicepts
3) do wings. i didnt do wing for about 2 years and my body shows the lack of wings now.
4) max time 40-50 mins in gym not more then that.
5) rest less , about 10-15 secs inbetween sets.
6) sleep well.
7) b4 gym eat 2 boiled potato with little salt.
8) after gym eat 3-4 eggs.

Mate,i don't go to gym anymore , actually i'm 5'8'' and want to increase my height by 4 inches.So , i'm on some stretching exercises and i'm told not to lift weight until i grow up by 4 inches.

By the way , do you know some exercises for losing belly fat ?
i want to lose my belly fat by 2 mere inches.

I've heard supplements should be taken 1 hour before exercise and within 5 mins after exercise for maximum benefit. I have used Maximuscle, it's popular in UK.

Its fine. I am not trying to ruin the thread or want it to get closed, as I mentioned earlier I am just sharing the knowledge I have regarding a topic that is bound to encourage a lot of unaware people to start using Steroids. If in all these 3 pages even once a member had mentioned the consequences of it in Islam I may have not bothered posting. Its easy for the unaware to become unnatural from natural within seconds in hopes of getting bigger and leaner in no time but becoming natural once unnatural is simply impossible, hence why felt the need to spread awareness.
