So which body shop will fix the dents?
Well permission is taken for ground runs from the ATC and if being done on apron it is strictly on idle power mostly because of the near by aircrafts and vehicles/airport staff moving on the apron. In case of the above picture i think the pilot would hav requested a full power run or took the permission for idle power run and accidently opened full power. The test beds are not available everywhre not even at islamabad airport so for such runs the aircrafts normally taxi to main runway and perform a full power run for 2-3 mins and taxi back normal. As for the condition of the aircraft i hope SAPS have enough equipment in sialkot to handle such repairs coz m sure nobody will give a certificate for its fitness like this to fly and get the blame on himself incase any accident happens

The picture shows that even the bricks base ground after cementing/concreting in thinly covered with cloth or sheet covering the area below bricks. --- and on such a floor even a sedan with drifts can get a floor out.
Sialkot Airport - The less said about it the better.
Who ever is the genius behind the idea of laying bricks should be charged to pay the damages.
