the buyer ' HAS TO PAY ' price increment due to govt taxes or the currency exchange rate officially managed by the State bank of Pakistan,

the condition applies till such time the vehicle delivery note is signed & vehicle is out of dealership premises.

Needed the car on urgent basis, got tricked into paying it I guess. Dealership told me to pay it asap so that they start "arranging" the car, two days later he called to inform me that Suzuki has blocked all deliveres till 1st July.

I guess you have to pay the price hike as well. Because the price hold as per circular will not be consider for the old pending order which failed to deposit the balance amount.

He simply looted you bro. When you pay OWN it means you will get delivery on the spot. There is no waiting time when you pay OWN.

Look at your pbo .it says the price will be received on the prevailing date of delivery .why don't people read the terms and conditions before buying the cars ?

PS pbo says that if you fail to pay full payment before the TDD then only will price at delivery will be charged

Yes this is my point.
But even right now, the new notice about suzuki alto states that the partial payment or those who have booked the vehicle have to pay the new price.
But in the terms and Conditions of my payment slip it says that if you fail to pay till the tentative date then only you have to pay the new price.
What to follow now? I can’t pay 20+ lakhs for cultus also because I wasn’t told before hand that I have to pay 20+.
They clearly informed me that I wouldn’t have to pay the price increase once I booked my vehicle before that.
I am soo confused.

Because I will lose 50 k of the 5 lakh I have payed already as booking amount.
So I would better pay extra 50 and get the car.
Also government tax is to payed they told me that earlier.
But they told me that the price increase will not be applicable.
Thats what I am really confused about.
