thankyou for the kind words sir really appreciates that as faar as ur query regarding hids is concerned then sir mark my words and that advise is for everyone whoever wants to go for HIDS that whenever one goes and buy himself nice pair of hid kit including hid bulbs and ballasts then he must also buy pair of plug n play projectors that will fit in reflector housing what these projectors do they will keep the beam low and make nice cut off beam and not disturb oncomming drivers guarantee .. not the halogen projectors but bi-xenon projectors that give both hi/low function .. from last week i was observing and reading many articles on google and internet and updating my knowledge regarding how to make my hids more effective , bright and down to the road .. then ive came across this thread and it TOTALLY changed my views regarding hids plz find some spare time to read it and i guarantee u wont dissapoint and yes ive done this all myself piece of cake if ur a good retro fitter :D.. heres my inspirational thread link

rotational alignment is perfect just do vertical alignment of right head light and its looking so good.waiting for final product.
while sealing lights first place then lens on headlight and then exert some pressure and place all screws and tighten them,then heat the headlight and again exert the pressure and tighten the screws further.

roger that boss .. proceeding exactly the way you've told me results are getting better n better mashAllah credit goes to u for convincing me lolzz but am glad in the end i opted to go for complete retrofit myself and its totally worth it but it takes bit of time n patience thats it super awsome results

To adjust height, refer to your manual stock adjustments knobs are located on the rear end of the headlight. Once you find the knob, the first thing you want to do is find a wall at which you can park 25’ feet away and still remain on level ground.

You will always want to use the right side of the beam that your projector produces as the measuring guide. The right side of the beam should be 2” lower (at 25’) then the height of the center of the projector from the ground. Meaning if the center of the projector is 30” from the ground, your right side of the beam should be 28” off the ground if you are parked 25’ away. Once you setup the drivers side projector, the passenger is easy since all you need to do is line it up at the same height as the driver.

wow nice info share bro that is the info i wanted to know and i will do the measuring in evening because in morning projection beam is not much visible .. but the results that projectors produced at night were just mind blowing mashAllah (H) cant believe how am i living without these all these years no doubt regular hids in reflector housing is just a shashka and nothing else but these projectors on the other hand were real deal !

get a arclyic sheet.at least 6 mm and cut it too to you perference ,get it sand ballasted and place led on side of it .whole thing will start glowing evenly.
