Bhai. Please share your experience of Tesla screen. I also have a diesel version. Recently upgraded the grill to TRD and changed tyres. Not happy with existing screen and no options available in market.
Can you tell where you got it from and how much and was it grip to grip. Any issues faced etc.

Well i had to go to Lahore to get it done. Now i can play videos and it fits clip to clip. I had it done for 60k inclusive fitting and wiring. Placed a Pioneer self powered bass tube under seat and now the music is far better.

Not at all good for offroading. Previous 4x4 has alot of power and by using differential lock, you get a lot of power for offroading. But this varient is not at all made for offroading

btw, i was looking for videos to play in fortuner while driving as originally during motion, the video disappears automatically.
first, i had remove the grip beneath hand brake but still it didnt sort my work.
Now recently, i went to the shop and the electrician removed some wire from the back of display.
Everything is working fine now and videos are also playing while driving.
Anyone experienced the same too?

and i must say that 4x2 is nothing as compared to 4x4 when it comes to differential lock, there's no match at all!

Mine was in diesel. I believe cosmetically Tesla looks amazing, however, I would not change the OEM provided screen because it is under warranty, with Tesla screen warranty is void for electronics. So my advice would be that don't change your OEM screen that came with fortuner.
