Bought rain coat but not happy with it

today i bought a rain coat but i am not happy with it since it has no protection against rain on the knee and legs even though it is very lenthy but not wide ..it shhoul be wide at bottom so as to allow it to cover ur knee anbd rest of foot...... i tried a lot to find one but could not find one which should also cover knee and rest of the legs... i bought it for rs 490 ,, and it has rubber coating from inside... bla bla dont know what realy it is but shopkeepers said these r best and reliable...

what type of raincoats do u people use ? does that protects all of ur body ? or just upper portion like mine...how much that costed..?

mine is virtually useless ...if o find one that could cover knee and rest of leg i will surely buy that.....

yar its not practical to buy these shoes since office and univs require proper shoes so a proper rain coat is more sensible .....

Rain coats don't work for bike riding, get yourself a rain suit. It has a jacket like upper and a pair of trousers.

You can get it from Saddar, at one of the lanes ending towards the railway line where tarpaulins and tents etc are sold. It should be available for 500 to 1000 rupees, depending upon the quality and colour(camouflage is the cheapest then green and blue the dearest). If you intend to carry a day pack or bag under it then buy one or two sizes larger.
