Brake fluid level is above max

Hi, my 9th gen corolla , after changing front disc pad and bush (changed during mid of last month) has brake fluid level in reservoir above max as previously it was well below that , what could be the cause ? and do i need to get it checked by the mechanic? thanks in advance and i checked this morning when engine wasnt even started yet i.e it was cold.

is it dangerous to leave it as it is ? or should i take the car to mechanic and tell him to bleed it?

No its normal to happen after changing brake pads if previous ones were well worn, just remove the excess using a clean syringe from the reservoir

if you havent had brake fluid changed in 2 years than you must get it changed and bled through each tyre.

oh that's a relief , last time i told my mechanic to change the brake fluid he insisted to change it when the hydraulic is giving problems , but still i will make him change it because it's more than 2 years now, thank you guys.

welcome and brake oil absorbs moisture and must be changed every two years, waiting till problem occurs would mean a expensive bill but make sure its done properly, start with the rear most passenger wheel first than rear driver wheel then passenger wheel and then driver wheel, dont bleed in air but attach a pipe into a jar already containing brake fluid and holding it higher than a bleed nipple so that no air is sucked while bleeding. its a important procedure thats why BMW dewan and shahnawaz have dedicated automated machines where the machine itself bleeds each nipple in meeting the wheel and sucks and refills the reservoir automatically and it takes only a few minutes.
