it is been 3 years and my mechanics and me also cannot seems to find the cause of this why brake pedal is getting hard when I turn on the ac but without ac it is working flawlessly I have checked the brake booster and it is fine my mechanic said to check the throttle butterfly I changed it I have also checked the compression of my engine which is optimal like 130 125 psi avg one is little low but this does not cause any problem as stated by my mechanic as the engine is old recently I went to a different workshop which said to me that you have to change this engine to 2sz fe his big brother which is 1300cc but did not solve my problem which is in my engine 1sz fe did anyone ever felt it with their vitz or platz please guide me how to fix it or suggest me a good mechanic in Karachi who had solved this issue in vitz and platz specifically 2001 to 2004 1szfe ones please help pakwheel gurus/ senior members also the engine is fine no smoke no oil consumption no coolant burn etc running it on 5w30 fully synthetic
