Brake problems with sunny 'speedway car'

Race a sunny at speedway and we put a new master cylinder on because we were having problems with the brakes, and at the last meeting I raced at, the brakes would sometimes work fine or I would have none at all.. any suggestions of what it might be? thanks

Change the brake survey also. I too had this problem replaced alot of master cylinders but problem not resolved. I m having B12 and the survey is now of B15.
