Brakes issue in my Toyota Vitz 2007 2nd Gen

After brakes servicing (tooling + front and rear brakes pad replacement (local brand)), I am facing 3 issues

1. My car's ABS is being activated at slow speeds as we.
2. When ABS activates, there is a weird sound which I never heard before the servicing. Along with sound of motors, never heard that before as well (watch the video).
3. The adjustment or rear tires are out of order. One wheel always gets tighter than the other. Loosing the brakes or right makes left tighter and vice versa.

I've visited many mechanics but they fail to fix this and when they are unable to fix they simply say "ABS system farigh hogya ha" and I ask " Check light q nahi ON hoi ABS ki?" then they have no logical answer.
I've read over the internet that someone else faced the same issue and ABS system replacement didn't solve the issue.

If someone can reckon what's wrong and had same issue before and go fixed. Please let me know.

the sound seems to be the ABS only. however your new disc pad might be making an additional noise and its there coz of their wrong installation.

also i suggest that you change your disc pads to orignal ones or bendix or frixa. nothing else.

if there is an ABS issue there is definitely a check light and also it wont work. your ABS is probably ok, only might be some ABS sensor is not installed properly.
