I am looking to upgrade tyres on my Civic 2013 (195/65R15 ). Preference is fuel economy and comfortable drive.

Any recommendations for a branded tyre?

Goodyear Ecopia EP300 and Michelin Energy Save/Save Plus come to mind.

Is there anything else I should consider?

You have already selected good series.

My vote is for either Michelin Energy saver series (most preferable), or Bridgestone Ecopia series; any of these series meeting your budget requirements.
