break in is best done on a range of RPM.the break in procedure ive read on many international forums is drive your car slowly on first and 2nd gear.then on 3rd and 4th gear,press accelerator to n fro.i mean you accelerate then release the paddle,then again accelerate and then again release it.drive this way for about 50 kms and your engine's break in is done.there is no logic in driving at low rpms.rings seat properly up and down the cylinder when car is driven on high and low rpm in break in period.
