Break pad is shivering after getting service

Hi Everyone,

I have a cultus 2015. I got the break servicing two weeks back. After that, the brake pedal shivers when I press it. I complained about this to my mechanic, but he said it happens sometimes, and I need to change the brake pads. Further, there will be some work of kharadiya as well. Can anyone guide me on this?

mine does the same. After getting it serviced 5 times nd changing the pads the issue still isnt resolved. My suspicion is they torque the bolts too tight on one side hence the pressure isnt evenly distributed among both brakes.

Did u got the discs tooled by kharadya?

Firstly your idea is false, the torque applied to the caliper bolts does not affect the bite of the brake.

The bite being affected due to assembly issues is mostly due to a kinked brake hydraulic hose at the wheel. The other (less than 5%) issues are supremely cheap brake pads with unfinished ears installed in pad carrier.

Hoping that you have not installed new pads on an old glazed disc.

If you are curious enough to come up with such an idea, Im sure you can remove a wheel and inspect the brake assembly yourself.

U make sense. But, i did get new pads on an old rotor. I am just waiting out the time period of these brakes so i can change the pad nd rotor simultaneously. I will inspect the brake lines and update you.

I got new rotors and brake pads the issue was resolved
