Well grace is still over priced at the moment. Its better to increase bugdet and get a vezel instead for 2.6million.
By the way I dont understand the reason behind grace and vezel beeing auctioned in soo prices. There is not much difference in price between a 3 years old and a brand new car.

civic cant be compare with honda city/grace as it smaller in size, i have civic x turbo and the interior space is almost similar to vezel interior space.

Civic definitely wider and bigger in dimensions but both are practically 4 seaters as the centre hump makes it a hassle for 3rd passenger specially in long travel. So then it comes down to jdm vs pkdm Honda with each having their set of pros and cons. Personally I'll take Grace over 1.8 pkdm X any day

i dont think ppl will think over civic X, not everyone think the same way as u. Remember Pakistani ppl go for size over quality like Gli underpowered which is pathetic compare to prius or even vitz. This time civic x has shown some nice features with new turbo engine, but quality is not as good as Vezel but still far better than previous model and specially its bigger in size rear space.

Yes I am very well aware about the preferences of 90 percent auto buyers here and honestly most of the time I do understand their reasons for choices and really can't blame anyone. Multiple factors come into play in our market. Lack of awareness, lack of knowledge, lack of easy after purchase service and so on. And ultimately all these factors combine to form the monopoly of our 3 dear local giants who IMHO sell crap at such inflated rates and still are unfazed because of no quality control or accountability or competition. I still can't forget the Honda atlas representative at civic X launch and how he himself was smiling on quality issues when asked his candid off the record opinion and he himself admitted they're looting the public
It's not easy to not have a single pkdm car at home but as a principle stand I'll never go near one with my hard earned money unless they improve their act and give value for our halal money and that seems unlikely in near future as well. Even if this comes at a cost of increased depreciation at resale, sometimes difficulties in spares and maintenance but for me, a vehicles primary function is good solid fun drive, handling and safety, everything else second. If only going from point A to B is the aim then even mehran locally is good enough

Civic x hatchback about to launch in uk this month with its 1.0 ltr turcharged engine in manual and cvt tranny producing 127 hp.
We could be seeing civic hatches hear very soon. Coz duty is only 700k on it. So total cost would be max 3.5 million.
At 3.5 million a well equipped hot hatch with loads of buildin features it could be a good buy .

uptill now there is no news of civic hybrid anywhere around the world.
however we could expect a 1.5ltr hybrid in japan next year.
duty on 2017 model 800-999cc non hybrid car in Pakistan is 650000. so i expect to see the 1.0 variant being imported hear at the end of this year.

No civic hybrid scheduled for anywhere in the world including Japan.
Hatchback 1.0L civic for over 2.5 million I don't see many being imported at all

I dont think any1 would want to tell his friend his Civic stands at just 1.0 L, unless its has the insides of BMW i8, which wont happen soon.

if there does come a JDM version, they are sure to get imported.

1.0 turbo civic is already in u.k but in hatchback only.
lets Hope that we get a 1.0 sedan version from japan.
