its so sad people died in this stupid event and on the other hand why are people defending that guy majid,he's probably gona leave the country tonight until his daddy pays bribes to some big guys..the truth is he killed innocent people today and he should be in jail and on the other hand when you chamchas say he ran because of a angry mob ok i understand that i would have done the same but why is he hiding now? he should immediatly turn himself to the police!!

i have this weird feeling that people r coming up with such emotional statements which in no way can be apprehended in the said context..this aint the time to argue,blame,abuse,bullshyt,etc...

the need of the hour is to pray..we hav lost innocent people during a sport activity which was organized in its way keeping in mind the liabilities of the organizers(im not supporting any of them,neither i was a part of organizers),yet i strongly believe people,this is not the right time to pass such statements.try moulding ur anger into a positive emotion which might help the departed!(through yr prayers obviously)

if u were at majid"s place so wat will u do?u will ran away or stay there....n solve all the problem......wat u hav done.......in street races as far as in knw .....if there is an accident occurs.....thier frndz usually take him away.....to hospital or to their plce.......so plz pray for whom r nt in thiz world now....may their souls rest in peace.....nd as the others member r saying accidents happens itz a big deal.......+1........

Very sad incident indeed. I am reading some childish and extra emotional posts from some friends here. Dont go blaming everyone for the accident. I am very sorry that people died and its sad indeed. May Allah bless their souls. I am glad the driver is safe. Remember that accidents are not intentional, we are all humans and none of us are perfect. Instead of blaming people without first establishing the facts let us just pray for the injured or dead. Blame games are typical Pakistani mentallity. It was an organized race event and I see security people and an ambulance as well on the spot. This is more than you can expect in Pakistan. Drive safe!

It`s not drivers fault as it was a so called planned 'Drag Event'. I mean duh he didnt bumped his car into People. Buh there was surely some Lack in his driving i was watching this race so keenly and when shifting to 2nd gear he unknowingly tilted his steering to left side and then at that speed he was not able to Control his car.

Now talking about event management, it`s not even their Fault as in This was So much better than the previous events , Almost everything was Proper. Guards were not allowing people to come ahead of that Banner thing. Now they cannot transform a Six-lane road to a Proper Drag Track.

It was Just their Luck. May the rest in peace.

Ps - Kindly stop the blame-game and accusing people.

Sad incidence

But it was not street racing it has organised racing and you canot blame driver .... accidents do happen in organised racing .....its a new sports in pakistan donot compare it with international standards......Please stop treating it as case of street racing ...........If the driver ran away from scene than that's really bad but its still too early to jump to conclusions ........We as a nation are too impatient on road and in our lives ....

Lets just pray for those who passed away and for those who got injured .....

i believe these events should continue so people have place for racing instead of doing it on roads

The only thing you can blame the driver for is running away. Nothing else. You think he hit those people on purpose? You can't blame the organizers. Although further protective measures could have been taken; it's utter idiocy to blame it on them. Who should you blame then? The people who ran out onto the road towards the car and started taking pictures. The very people who I saw cussing out the security guards who were telling them to back up. The commentator was pleading not to but people still crowded around the car. Did it occur to them they might have been hindering the way for CERTIFIED emergency personnel and might have made them waste more time which MIGHT have been the difference between life and death? I saw someone post here who said he went up and checked their pulses and breath. Sir are you a certified medical professional? I'm sure your intentions were noble but the only thing you provided was an obstacle to the people who have the knowledge and equipment to deal with such incidents. People can't follow instructions here. That's the main problem. When I saw those illiterate people running towards the car, taking out their phones to take pics and make videos causing a major blockage, I just shook my head in sadness. God bless the people who lost their lives, and inshallah the injured ones will recover soon.

ok he ran away i would do the same instead of getting beat up by a angry mob or even killed! but now that he not in harms way why doesnt he turn himself to the police?
