People...it was car RACING, not play badminton on public road.
If a shuttlecock hits you...you will only be annoyed. But if a car hits you...you will most probably break something of yours or worse, die.
So safety measures should always take priority.

Jab maut aani hai wab tau aani hai. May the departed souls rest in peace. As far as Mr.Majid is concerned ; I think that every body is blaming and accusing him on the basis of rumors. What is the credible proof that HE RAN AWAY? .
Although I do think that only qualified drivers should be allowed to drive such cars at such speeds and on proper tracks and not some public road converted to a so called track.

I hate to say this but the way people here started abusing the driver and the organizers and the "so called" rich people and their toys.....they need to grow up. I am all for discussing things and trust me I have been involved with 3 major accidents on roads and I know how a person feels when you walk out of your totalled car. Its an eerie out of body experience that Allah should not let anyone experience. We all start talking as though we are all perfect humans who never make mistakes in their lives. The guy who updated his status on facebook probably needs to tell his relatives that he is alright and that he survived a horrid accident. Trust me yahan par koi bhi itna naik aur acha nahi hai ke after a major accident you ignore yourself and start taking care of others. Life is a precious thing and humans become aggressively selfish when its their own life.

you are right. i do agree with you about how accidents may happen. of course they do unintentionally. but when they do already happen. that is when the real test begins about how to cope up with what just happened seconds ago. we are NOT or atleat i am NOT blaming HPR or Majid that it was their fault alone. it just that how things are rightnow after the sad incident. the incident was not in control of Majid or the organizers but after what happened this could be taken care of and how people act at this point tells other about how they feel to a particular event. so again i am saying it that there is no blame game as such but we have a right to discuss things and we all share what we might have heard from someone. many of us may be wrong about our informations. maybe he did try to help. we are not sure as yet. until we have proof. i/we dont want to defame the organizer or the driver or whoever, its just that we want justice for the people who have lost a dear one.

As a matter of fact, standing at the point where the cars are topping out on their speeds is an invitation for disaster. Allah hamaray logon ko akal dey. Perhaps the organizers should have taken measures to control the crowds at the finish lines.
