The most probable causes are,
1- Wheel balancing
2- Tyre air pressure.
3- Wheel rim ovality (rare)

The symptoms you are telling is purely of wheel balancing. Sometimes the balancing weights detached from the tyres due to high speeds so make them balance again from some other good authentic shop.

its wobbling, please check how much weight is applied by wheel balancing guy...if there are long strip of weight, then time to change tires or check rims.

BTW, while doing hi speed balancing, weights are applied on inner and outer rims separately. also please make sure that the balancing machine is a proper equipment instead of some chinese sub standard replica.

Also this wobbling has no relation with alignment....So don't waste your money on that...just recheck its balancing.

If the balancer machine is showing to apply close to 100 grams of weight, - have the guy remount the wheel to the machine, if it doesnt fix that, tell him to get it calibrated and find another shop.

btw- bubbling. LOL

In Pakistan people just imitate sounds as if they are partially deaf because they cannot read - so somehow wobbling becomes bubbling,

rear end = differential or rear axle, in Pk. rear end = pichla hissa, Its further shortened to hissa.

I think, wheel balance karnay sey pehlay aapko machine ko kuj input parameters b dainay partay hain, like rim size, aspect ratio and width of tires. Agar machine mein inn parameters ki input sai sey na ho, then b balancing k issues aa saktay hain. Then, machines also need to be calibrated after some time.

Bro you need to check wheel balancing again, preferably from some other well-reputed shop! And if you live somewhere near PWD Society / Bahria Town Phase 1-6, Rawalpindi; I can refer you to a very good shop. (Mainay last year October mein wheel balancing / alignment karwai thi, it has since been driven for 22,000 kms; dubara kabhi zarurat nai pari, although 2-3 baar apni tassalli k liay recheck b karwaya, but not even 1 gram weight got added)

The main guy who do wheel balancing / alignment is very competent, at least, I am fully satisfied with his work. He is a nice and cooperative guy. Do share your concerns with him, and have some discussions / arguments. He would be happy to answer and reply to all. Right now, I can't recall his name, otherwise, I would have definitely shared here.

i own suzuki liana. Ill visit him. issue is all the guys i have been to for alignment and camber are idiots. They set camber by taking out the original bolt and replace it with a bolt that they use for camber. it is basically a normal bolt that has been skinned down from the center. in actual they should use camber bolts that actually just need rotation for camber adjustment. I am planning to import camber bolts from china as i dont think they are locally available. ill get his opinion on those. plus i need by car's wheel balanced. ill visit him soon and update my experience here.

And what if the car is experiencing wobbling (more or less a bubble like effect) while breaking at low speeds? - What might be the cause of that?

Ok. I get it. And rest assured, ye wheels alignment & cambers adjustments mein b equally expert hain.
I don't know, which procedure / bolts he uses for adjustment? But kaam theek kartay hain.

bad brake discs and drums. usually the diagnosis is that if you have a steering vibration, the front discs are bad, if you have a pulsing in the pedal with a jerky slowing movement your rear brakes are bad.
