Budget Hotel in Dubai?

Can anyone guide me about getting a budget hotel in Dubai, around maximum of 40 dollars per night. I am planning to spend 8 days in Dubai, somewhere at end of April 2014. Those who have frequently travelled to Dubai, can help me out in finding a proper hotel so I can book my stay with them.

I stayed at Admiral Plaza Hotel at Al Nahda Street, Bur Dubai. Rates were reasonable starting from 220 AED.

Browse booking.com and agoda.com and book online. You will get very good deals.

thanks for your suggestions guys. i have already tried bookings.com, agoda and dnata travel, but rates were beyond my pocket. it would be far better if someone can tell me names of those hotels with their rates if he has experience of staying there, so i can call them and confirm my booking, if it is within my reach

BTW before you look for cheaper hotels, priorities your goals and spots/offices you'll be traveling to.

For instance any hotel in Deira Dubai will be less costly then it's competitior in Bur Dubai
BUT if you have to travel daily to mall of Emirates or industrial zone then the travelling cost and time you'll waste in Metro or taxi etc will make the cost even.

yes tried hotwire but well couldnt find a good cheap deal
My range is 40 US dollars per day. 2 people. will be mostly roaming around in diera and bur dubai.

Try Skyways hotel in Dubai Daiera, I stayed there in October fare for double room was 225 AED per night.

Try airbnb u will find great deals their better then hotels
Been to germany and s korea found amazing and cheap deals on best locations

Admiral plaza isn't a good hotel compare to other hotels in this price range and a advice find a hotel near metro station u will thank me later
Taxis will rip u apart in dubai in 8 days
